Shauna Wilkinson is the Vice-President, People and Culture for Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL).
In her role as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Shauna contributes to the overall strategic direction and vision of FCL, fosters productive relationships within the business, and collaboratively leads FCL initiatives and the ongoing evolution of FCL's people practices and programs. As Vice-President People and Culture, Shauna provides leadership and direction for the areas of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Payroll, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Health, Safety and Employee Wellbeing and Employee and Labour Relations all in alignment with the Co-op employee promise – You're at Home Here.
Shauna joined FCL in August 2014, as Manager, Business Integrations and advanced to the role of Director, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning in September 2015. In January 2019, she was appointed to the role of Associate Vice-President, Talent Management before being appointed Vice-President, People and Culture in August 2021.
Prior to joining FCL, Shauna held roles in Human Resources at Hatch, POS Bio-Sciences and Viterra.
Shauna earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. She presently serves as an elected member of the United Way of Saskatoon and Area Board of Directors and the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) of Saskatchewan Board of Directors.
