Meghan Gervais is the Vice-President, Health Safety and Compliance for Federated Co-operatives Limited. She joined FCL in September 2024.
In this role, Meghan leads health, safety, compliance and sustainability related initiatives across FCL while ensuring value is delivered across the Co-operative Retailing System.
Meghan has extensive experience driving results and innovation in the agriculture, ingredient manufacturing, and bioproduct industries.
Meghan holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She brings over 20 years of experience managing processing facilities, implementing new technology, providing regulatory support, overseeing enterprise risk management, and leading major projects. Throughout her career, Meghan has become known for supporting business growth and delivering value to member-owners and Western Canadian communities.
