Brad Zimmer is the Vice-President of Technology for Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL).

As Vice-President, Brad is responsible to guide the ongoing evolution of the Technology business unit to ensure maximum value for the Co-operative Retailing System. During his 22 years of progressive experience with FCL, Brad has led or contributed to a number of transformative technology projects, and has built a reputation as a leader who drives a culture of engagement and trust in the teams he leads.

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan (U of S), Brad joined FCL in 2002 as an Operations Research Analyst. Since that time, he has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Edwards School of Business at the U of S and has held several positions within the organization, including Supply Chain Systems Manager, Director of Applications and, most recently, Associate Vice-President, IT Systems and Operations.

As a new member of the Senior Leadership Team, Brad will apply his unique blend of business education, technical experience and organizational knowledge to contribute to the strategic direction and management of FCL.

Brad and his wife Johanna have a son and a daughter.
