Co-op wants to know about the special places that make your community great.
You could win $1,000 by telling us about the park, facility or space where people meet, play and share in your town. Your community could also receive up to $25,000 from Co-op Community Spaces to make your favourite space better.
To enter, visit communityspaces.ca by May 31, 2016. Co-op Community Spaces contest winners will be announced in June.
Committed to community
Co-op Community Spaces is a funding program that will donate up to $1.5 million in 2016 to recreation, conservation and urban agriculture projects across Western Canada. Last year, Co-op Community Spaces provided almost $1 million to 16 projects, including an outdoor classroom at Senator Patrick Burns School in Calgary.
Stay tuned in the coming weeks for announcements about more Co-op Community Spaces recipients!
