Connie Chilcott of Fort St. John, BC was first elected to the FCL Board in 2025. She is one of the directors elected by District 1 which is comprised of 25 member co-ops in British Columbia and Alberta. Connie has primary responsibility for nine member co-ops.
As an FCL Director, Connie is a member of the Audit Committee and is a Board representative to The Co-operators for British Columbia.
Connie is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles. She currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a pipeline construction company in Fort St John, BC. In addition to her CPA designation, Connie holds a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) and the Professional Project Management (PMP) designation.
Connie has been a dedicated member of the Fort St. John Co-operative Board of Directors since 2014 and has served as Board Chair from 2022 to 2025. She previously dedicated 14 years to the Community Bridge Board of Directors, a community based social support non-profit.
She has completed Level 2 of the Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) Director Development Program, and has completed extensive professional development courses in leadership, ethics, and finance, including earning the CFO Program Certificate through CPA BC.
Beyond her professional and board commitments, Connie and her husband, Mitchel, enjoy traveling and spending time with their three daughters and their families.
